Regular small group classes designed for fun and fitness. Want a little entertainment and socialization while you work out? Join us in regular classes including intervals, cardio + weight combos, circuits, as well as specialized classes for Abs, butt and thighs and Guys group training.
Each month participate in the new challenge to help you stay motivated and fit even when you are away from the gym. This months challenge includes weekly cardio as well as daily planks and squats.
